WHAT WE LOVE

A well-mannered coffee house founded on Union Street, London in 2014 that has since expanded to include nine London coffee houses and a roastery in East London. "Well-mannered" because the coffee houses (not shops) are as friendly and welcoming as homes. The Union Street coffee house is around the corner from where the bowler hat was invented and across the road from a top hat maker inspiring the naming convention at the roastery. Beans are roasted to order in small batches and single origin and blended beans are named "Beanie", "Boater", "Bowler", and "Deerstalker".

"Being well-mannered means being friendly to our customers, respectful to our suppliers, and generous to our neighbours. It means being upstanding, behind the counter and in the community. It means always thinking about others."
