The Cloth Shop is a wonderful fabric shop for both interior and fashion projects. Established by Sam Harley in 1982, the original location was in London's Soho though due to rising rents after ten years the store relocated to the Portobello Road. Today the family-owned shop is run by Susie Harley along with her son Henry.

The Cloth Shop specializes in natural fabrics offering a great selection of linens and cottons in a variety of weights, solids, and patterns - ticking stripes, block prints, checks, and florals. As well as the wide choice of fabrics, there are sewing notions and trims, and selection of antique linens, vintage quilts, blankets, pottery and antique glass.
