The building at the intersection of Sage and Madison Streets in Sag Harbor was built in 1797 and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Today the landmark building serves as a luxury retreat for visitors to the Hamptons and as a charming boutique housed in the small barn on Sage Street. Founded in 2020 by Chris Coffee, Sage and Madison offers coffee and tea, locally-made and handmade goods, alongside a selection of goods for the home and gifts.
