With bakeries in London's East End and Newquay, Cornwall, Pavilion bakery produces delicious sourdough, multiseed breads, baguettes, and pastries using flour, butter, eggs and chocolate from the UK’s best sustainable farmers and producers. These breads, lunches, and coffee are served at Pavilion bakeries in London and Cornwall.

Founded by Rob Green Pavilion bakery first opened in Victoria Park in 2004. Located in a classic Victorian pavilion perched on boating lake the café serves hearty Sri Lankan fare alongside Pavilion Bakery baked goods.

Pavilion bakery expanded to Broadway Market in 2014 and Columbia Road in 2016. Both locations are open seven days a week offering fresh bread and pastries, coffee, teas, and chai, and a selection of artisan goods.
