Meat & Flowers in the charming small town of Hamden in the Catskill Mountains, brings together locally-raised butcher meats, fresh and dried flowers, and a range of select charcuterie, gifts, and vintage finds.

Established in 2021 by Sarah Bronilla and Luke van Unen who saved the building on Hamden's main street from being leveled to make way for a car park. Together they feature a range of regional wares. Popular items are black angus cote de boeuf, kangaroo and smoked meats, pasture-raised meats including Thanksgiving turkeys and award-winning pork, beef and lamb, and specialty products from heritage butcher brand Schaller & Weber.

As well as hand-tied fresh blooms, wreaths, and bouquets Meat & Flowers, a full-service florist, offers bespoke florals and installations for any occasion. As event planners they provide all that is required for a stunning event from menus to flowers, and table settings to room decor. They also offer floral-inspired workshops.
