Timeless and understated, Envoy of Belfast’s selection of women's clothing and accessories are chosen for their distinctive quality of design, fabric, and craftsmanship. Clothes that have the ability for the wearer to create their own look, rather than the clothes defining the individual.
Founded in 2007 by Ruth Spence, who moved to Tokyo to teach English after completing her studies in English literature. Whilst in Tokyo she discovered her passion for Japanese clothing brands. Back home in Belfast she worked at Bureau as a buyer before opening her own shop, Envoy of Belfast, in 2007. Ruth selects pieces from international brands in Europe, Japan, and the USA.
