WHAT WE LOVE

Watson Kennedy is a treasure trove of stylish gifts and all manner of delightful homewares. With two Seattle stores filled with a colorful and tactile collection of goods that charm and enchant, Watson Kennedy was established in 1998 by the inimitable Ted Kennedy Watson, former tennis professional, best-selling author of a Guide to Stylish Entertaining award-winning designer, and daily blogger.

Ted Watson Kennedy, has masterfully achieved his goal when he founded Watson Kennedy with a mission to create a store that “feels like a shop you would come across in a quaint little area of London or Paris. Where you can wander around finding treasures wherever your eye lands.”

The first store, Watson Kennedy Fine Living, is located in the heart of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. The second store, Watson Kennedy Fine Home, followed in 2001 in the historic Holyoke Building, featuring vintage and new furniture as well as housewares, linens, stationery, jewelry and apothecary items.

“I LOVE things, and objects. They have a past; we are only their keepers until they move on to the next possessor.”
